I am Jim Bert and we provide leads to immigration and other attorneys through live chat. I was contacting you to see if our service could benefit your firm.
Here are some actual immigration cases/leads we delivered to our customers in Feb 2010:

Does your firm process these type of cases? Is there a convenient time for you to discuss this further?
Regards,

I come from a family of 15 people, and I must admit the past three years have been an utter nightmare for not only my family but as well as the families of other local Arabs in our community. You see on January 20, 2006 more than forty Arab-American convince store owners along with their employees were raided at exactly 12:00pm that Saturday morning more than thirteen Federal vehicles and two helicopters were surrounding our home. It was so surreal to have these federal officers come raid your home throw everything around and scare more than 7 kids all under the age of 18. The purpose of this raid was to arrest the clerks of the local businesses who have been set up to sell precursors such as ephedrine and Sudafed which were all purchased by an undercover officer. Most of these Arabs do not have proper English and do not understand the situation that they are in at all let alone that what seem to be an average over the counter pill is actually something that is used to manufacture drugs ( I was born in the U.S. and I did not know about this either) and they have no one here to help them ( in terms of hiring a lawyer) because they are the only support system their families overseas have, and also the FBI seized all funds and closed any bank accounts that these men had. Therefore, most of them such as my father have been sentenced to twenty years in federal maximum facility, or like my brother-in-law, Adeeb, who was arrested just days before the birth of his first daughter. Adeeb did serve his two years in prison but not even two months after his release the lead investigator of the case found a way to once again flip his world upside down. Adeeb was arrested for being a green card holder who also happens to have “committed a felony” during his time in the U.S. and is now facing deportation in a few short weeks. I should mention my father is known as “The Godfather” because he has over 23 godchildren and a beer salesman was so intrigued by my father that he dubbed him “The Godfather” which the FBI agents mistook and were so quick to conclude he was a drug lord which is far from the truth. Most of the Arabs arrested that day share the same fate as my father and Adeeb. We do not know what else to do it feels like no matter what we do someone is always ready to take us down.
MBN seized property such as jewelry, automobiles, business and residential properties that had nothing to do with the case at all! On April 23, 2009 MBN and the family who were involved in this case had a mediation hearing. Most of the personal property was returned, but the money and business property was attacked once again for more money. Our store was more targeted because of the activities that occurred in the business. MBN insisted on us paying them a hundred thousand with an attorney present he was able to bring them down to sixty five thousand dollars which is due within 365 days from the day the judge signs the judgment. One year later the agreement was never presented to a judge and we do not have the funds to pay them because the due to the economically struggle we were forced to lease our business for $1300.00 a month, we have no other income to raise the $65,000. Also, in January 2010 Jim Greenlee retired as Federal Attorney General because of all the controversy surrounding this case. If there was no wrong doing then why would he resign such a prominent position? I would like to set up an appointment to speak to you because this is a serious matter that I hold close to my heart and with your help I wish to make a difference.
I happened to read the front page of the Clarion-Ledger Friday morning and saw the article “Immigration advocates rally”. Theodore Gilmore Bilbo may have been a racist as Mr. Chandler is reported saying in the article. I just don’t see how you can infer the Law in Arizona is a racists law. Coming to the USA by crossing the border, without proper documentation is ILLEGAL. I will support State Senator Lee Yancey in his effort to draft a similar bill for Mississippi.I will also support other state reprensentatives who happen to be like minded.
Good Luck
